Age: 673, though he looks 19 (seeing as he was 19 when he turned into a vampire)
Height: 5'8
Species: Vampire
Likes: Lurking, pranks, scaring people, lazing around, reptiles
Dislikes: Walking/running, having his wings tugged, bright areas/colors

Personality:
For a vampire, Vulcan is pretty kind and upbeat most of the time.
He has a thing about nosing around in other people's business, though.
Vulcan loves pulling pranks and terrifying people, especially younger ones.
He can act a bit overly innocent at times, and be a bit clingy to the people he ends up liking well enough.

Facts:
He can shapeshift his arms and legs into claws, or other objects. He isn't capable of a full-body transformation like some vampires. Also, the parts that he does shapeshift (wings included) seem to drip with a weird, thick substance that dissolves into thin-air whenever it touches something.
Vulcan dislikes walking, so he tends to just float around everywhere instead. Standing is okay, though.
The two long strands of hair attached to the brooch on his chest can transform into two snakes whenever he feels like freaking someone out. They aren't poisonous, though.
Furthermore, A portion of his hair turned white when he turned into a vampire.
Vulcan is pretty skinny and frail. His skin is also extremely pale.
He drinks blood, just like any vampire. While not having a preference, blood seems to be the only thing he drinks/eats. He does like regular food, though.
Vulcan keeps a white bandage over his left eye to keep people from seeing his odd eye. However, the scar across his eye seems to be constantly bleeding, so he needs to change the bandage quite often.
